About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Arbro Group's diverse portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and other industry verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent Arbro Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in pharmaceutical/analytical services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, food testing, or cosmetics industry
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required
